Fix Box

Fit Box is a fitness training method, designed to optimize the general state of physical fitness, developed in kickboxing style but without being considered a combat sport as there are no opponents; the shots are carried exclusively against the bag.

Very often it is accompanied by musical tracks with motivational intent or that mark the rhythm of the shots.

The health benefits that can be gained from practicing fit boxing are numerous; among the various ones we recognize general and specific:

  • Stress relief
  • Optimization of weight loss
  • Improved general fitness

The training begins with a muscle warm-up, with movements with a wide range of motion, followed by an initial phase called activation or approach to effort. Warm-up and activation have a highly injury prevention and performance optimization purpose.

The real effort begins when you put on the gloves. The basic position is in guard, with closed fists in contact with the face and elbows closed on the chest; the body is slightly in profile.

The session ends with a cool-down and muscle stretching.

The type of lesson is suitable for everyone, it is not necessary a specific base knowledge.
